Do I need to pay anything to submit an enquiry?

No. Sending an enquiry costs nothing and doesn't confirm a booking. Once we've checked availability for your date we'll issue a secure payment link, and the booking is only confirmed once that payment is received.

Bookings need to be submitted at least 48 hours before departure, and the next calendar day is never available regardless of the time you enquire. If you need something sooner than that, please contact us directly rather than using this form.

Will my children get a discounted rate?

Children under 12 qualify for the child rate when travelling with two paying adults. Walking Safaris don't accept children under 12 at all, and Sunset Safaris aren't open to children under 6, whatever the group size.

What's the difference between a shared and a private safari?

A shared safari places your group in a vehicle alongside other guests, priced per person. A private safari reserves the whole vehicle and guide for your group only, priced as a flat vehicle cost plus conservation fees for everyone in your party. It's available on Full Day, Morning and Afternoon safaris.

I'm staying in White River or Nelspruit, not Hazyview. Can I still book?

Yes. You can either meet the safari group at a Kruger gate at no extra charge, or we can collect you from Casterbridge Hollow for a per-person pickup and drop-off surcharge, shown in the calculator once you select that option.

Are sightings guaranteed?

No safari operator can guarantee wildlife sightings, and we won't claim otherwise. Kruger has a high density of game, but every drive is different.
